Kicking off a new showcase brand partnership Mavens Music has partnered with Subculture Musicacronym RecordsStrategic Touring and Beehive Productions to put together a uniquely international showcase, the Intercontinental Revue.  This event will shine the limelight on a mighty twenty-three Canadian and international artists at the 2019 edition of the Folk Alliance International conference.  These performances are part of #FAIMontreal, the world’s largest gathering of the folk music industry, taking place in Montreal, Quebec, from Wednesday February 13 to Sunday February 16, 2018.

With artists from across the globe, this showcases, spearheaded by Mavens Music, will underscore the Canadian foundation of their management roster and highlight their work on the international marketplace, focusing on export markets in the United States, Australia, Europe and the United Kingdom.  The range of artists presented parallels the artistic brand of each partner, including musical flavours such as singer-songwriter, Americana, Celtic harp, soul-gospel, bluegrass, country-noir, old-time and much more.  As well, the global diversity, with artists from as far as Iceland, Denmark and Australia, echoes the export focus of the showcase partners.

These showcase performances will take place nightly from Wednesday, February 13 to Saturday February 16, at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel, in Montreal, under the umbrella of the Folk Alliance International conference,  which gathers more than 2800 industry delegates for 4 days of business and professional development.  Attendance at this showcase is limited to delegates registered for the conference.  Line-up and further information are included below.
